There is a tube strike planned for Thursday 3rd March, the second day of the event. So to make it easier for you, below are some alternative routes from major railway stations.
CLAPHAM JUNCTION
- Take the Overground towards Dalston Junction for 10 stops, and alight at Shadwell. Walk 4 minutes to Watney Street, take the DLR towards Beckton for 8 stops and alight at Custom House.
EUSTON
- From Euston, walk 11 minutes to St Pancras International and take the Southeastern train to Stratford International. Change to DLR towards Woolwich Arsenal and alight at West Silvertown, walk for 13 minutes to ExCeL. Alternatively take the DLR from Stratford International to Canning Town, change to DLR towards Beckton and alight at Custom House.
WATERLOO
- Walk 4 minutes to Waterloo East and take the Southeastern train to London Bridge. Walk 3 minutes to Hay's Galleria, take the 343 bus from stop H for 4 stops and alight at Tower Gateway Station. Change to DLR towards Beckton, travel 9 stops and alight at Custom House.
KING'S CROSS
- Walk 4 minutes to St Pancras International, take the Southeastern train to Stratford International, change to DLR towards Woolwich Arsenal and alight at West Silvertown. From here, walk 13 minutes to ExCeL.
DLR
Custom House and Prince Regent DLR stations are directly connected to the venue. All trains towards Beckton and Gallions Reach stop at Custom House and Prince Regent stations. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance and Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC London.
c2c
If travelling by the c2c train network from Essex, alight at Limehouse station where you can connect with the DLR service towards Beckton. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance and Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC London.
Southeastern
If travelling by the Southeastern train network, alight at Cannon Street station which is a short 5 min walk to Bank station where you can connect with the DLR service towards Lewisham or Woolwich Arsenal. Change at Limehouse station where you can connect with the DLR service towards Beckton. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance and Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC London.
Thameslink
If travelling by the Thameslink train network, alight at City Thameslink station, which is a 15 min walk to Bank station where you can connect with the DLR service towards Lewisham or Woolwich Arsenal. Change at Limehouse station where you can connect with the DLR service towards Beckton. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance and Prince Regent for the east entrance and ICC London.
Emirates Air Line Cable Car
The Emirates Air Line cable car connects North Greenwich to Royal Victoria a few minutes' walk from the venue). Emirates Air Line is fully accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. It offers step-free access and space for bicycles in each cabin. Cabins arrive every 30 seconds and flights are approximately 10 minutes each way - except during peak commute times when the flight duration is quicker.
Uber Boat
The fastest and most frequent boat fleet on the river has departures from major London piers every 20 minutes. The route is serviced by Uber Boat by Thames Clippers. When travelling to ExCeL London, alight at the Royal Wharf Pier. It takes just over 20 minutes to walk through Britannia Village and over the Royal Victoria dock footbridge to ExCeL’s west entrance.
Taxi
If you are travelling by taxi, instruct your driver to use postcode E16 1XL for the west entrance drop off point. The entrance is accessed via stairs or a ramp.
Car
If you are travelling by car, you can use the postcode E16 1XL. You can also use the what3words app or go to the website, and enter the three-word address for the venue car park: ///expect.likes.eager.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, using pay and display. The orange car park is located directly under the venue and costs £20 for 24-hours across all our car parks. Please note the car park only permit vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres in height.
