Before joining Tencent Cloud in 2021, John Zhao gained over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry working for Huawei as Marketing and Solutions Director in the UK. In 2021 he joined Tencent Cloud as Regional Director of Channel Development where he leads the company’s expansion into the Northern European market. In his position, John, works together with local resellers and channel partners tapping into Tencent’s ecosystem and leveraging the company’s tech portfolio. John Zhao got a Ph.D. in 2008 from the Loughborough University.
