With over a decade of experience within the digital product industry, Rachel has applied her expertise in a variety of different large-scale environments from product delivery in top product studios, to innovation on hospital wards with leading UK clinicians, to shaping and establishing high-profile government services and enabling teams to deliver transformation across complex landscapes. Rachel is driven by ‘people’ and the importance of putting users at the heart of the process that plugs into our everyday lives. By establishing new operating and engagement models, Rachel creates space for crosscutting collaboration so that empowered teams and leadership can successfully own and implement impactful change, in a realistic and sustainable manner. Her other passions - Rachel mentors’ women in tech and has been the voice for neurodivergent members raising awareness within the Home Office about the different challenges people face and bringing down barriers when it comes to development to senior roles
