
Keith Nolan

In his current position Keith is directing improvements in how technology services are delivered in both ITIL and Agile methodology across the wider organisation.
In addition to directing the Enterprise Applications team and Infrastructure teams transformational roadmap over the next three years, Keith also works closely with the Project Management Office, Transformation team and the Chief Technology Officer with a pipeline of over forty unique projects on the horizon, with a focus on data integration and automation.
Keith has worked at the Royal Opera House for over four years and originally worked as the Technology Service Delivery Manager focusing on bringing best practice to the core service desk team for support services, before joining the Opera house, Keith worked in the education sector for over fifteen years providing IT Service delivery management for schools, both directly and for Capita Managed Services working across the Building Schools for the future project stream delivering technology and managing interim services to over thirty newly built schools across the UK.
