Benefitting from over 30 years in the industry, 19 gained owning & running his own UK MSP, Graham has a real appreciation for the unique challenges service providers face in this fast-evolving environment where customers are increasingly looking to move towards consumption-based models. Instrumental in the creation of Fujitsu uSCALE, Graham is recognised as a subject matter expert in all things Pay Per Use and consumption-based billing
