Dia has more than a decade of experience in the private and public sector within the digital product space, strategy and transformation. Having worked across industries in the UK and India ranging from gaming, media, sport and public sector she has applied her expertise and knowledge to deliver products and programmes of transformation keeping people the heart of everything which led to building optimal teams. Her ability to think ahead of the game, identify gaps and opportunities and drive the initiative has helped transform organisations she has been part of.
Dia has extensive experience in complex stakeholder management and can navigate through challenges as an influencer. Her strength lies in understanding complex problems and breaking them down into tangible deliverables. Her ability to balance between top down and bottom up strategic thinking gives her an edge over her peers.
‘Being a woman in a senior position, creating opportunities in the workplace to champion diversity and inclusion is important to her. Her passion lies in developing others through mentoring ‘women in tech’ and as the Chair of the ‘Women in Digital’ network within the Cabinet office to grow representation across all areas of digital.
